I had a disappointing experience with Credit Style. While they promise bespoke solutions, the service felt generic and unresponsive to our specific needs. Communication was often lacking, and their promised innovations in debt collection systems didn’t live up to expectations. Although they claim to prioritize compliance and customer service, I found their approach rigid, which made collaboration frustrating. Ultimately, the investment in their platform didn't result in the improved cash flow we anticipated, leaving us dissatisfied with the overall service.
